The public SEO content, the live research-insights survey, the Manifesto, CaCourtFinder's basic court finder, the Procedural Audit Grid, and Juratrack's one-case free tier. Pricing only applies to interactive Guided Review tools, document vaults, and professional API access.
What is not on this page
Lawyer marketplace listings (for California-licensed attorneys) launch in a later phase. White-label deployments for state legal aid agencies are negotiated case by case. For both, write to info@priorlex.us.

Is this legal advice?
No. PriorLex provides Procedural Information and Process Overview — the structural map of California legal procedures. We do not interpret your specific facts or recommend a course of action. For matters involving legal risk or strategic choice, consult a licensed attorney.
Can I cancel a Juratrack or All-Access subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month or annual, cancel anytime through Stripe Customer Portal. Annual plans are not pro-rated on cancellation but you keep access until the period ends. Per-ticket TrafficTicketPath payments are one-time and do not auto-renew.
What if my ticket is dismissed before I use my purchased path?
Email info@priorlex.us within 14 days of purchase with proof of dismissal and we will refund the amount paid. We do not charge for paths whose subject matter is no longer active.
Is my LegalPort vault data private?
Premium LegalPort uses end-to-end encryption: files are encrypted in your browser before upload, the encryption key never leaves your device, even PriorLex cannot decrypt your vault. Encryption rolls out with the paid Juratrack tier launch.
Do you offer discounts?
Survey contributors who complete the full PriorLex research questionnaire receive a 20% founding-member discount across all paid products. Legal aid organizations and law-school clinics receive 50% institutional pricing on the B2B API and Legal Pro tiers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe Checkout: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link. Billing addresses outside the United States are supported. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout where applicable.
